Previously taught at Macquarie University Sydney (early childhood advisor).Specialisations: mental health, seniors balance and stability, anxiety and depression, cancer support/recovery, Parkinsons, MS, Diabetes, chronic painRosie has 25 years experience in practising and teaching yoga. While teaching her students she combines her passion for yoga with her experience in the classroom and deep understanding of natural therapies. Many of her students find Rosie’s teaching style easy to understand, allowing them to take their practise to the next level and achieve their goals.Rosie’s experience makes her a sought after yoga teacher. While she teaches all types of people, her speciality is yoga therapy helping people through mental health and chronic illness.Following the lineage of TKV Desikachar Rosie runs small classes to meet the individual needs of her students, encouraging them to work at their own level and pace.
In class with Rosie, breath and movement are taught in combination and classes are sprinkled with yoga philosophy in particular the Yoga Sutras written around 200 BC. The Sutras are relevant today when we wish to understand how the mind works and how to deal with modern life. Breathing practices and mindfulness are also taught in class. Rosie’s classes are suited to any age and ability.

Sasa has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga for more than 13 years; and completed her yoga teaching training in the Sri T Krishnamacharya lineage at the Yoga Institute in Cammeray. Since graduating Sasa has taught at studios in the northern beaches and lower north shore including the Yoga Institute in Cammeray.
Sasa specialises in yoga for increased health, flexibility and strength, stress management, those new to yoga, seniors wellbeing, athletes. Sasa is particularly loved by our beginner students for her warm manner and compassionate approach to bodies that need to be unwound gently.
Sasa weaves the tools of yoga; movement, breath, sound and the ancient yoga sutras into her classes. She guides her students to make the practice their own, which nourishes and extends them physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sasa also has a background in Montessori teaching, leads ‘Healthy Cooking with Sasa’ workshops and is a potter living in the northern beaches of Sydney.

Brigette Keeble is a yoga specialist based in Sydney Australia with 500 hours training at the Yoga Institute and teaches in Sydney’s northern beaches.
Brigette loves to work with students to discover how yoga can help them to maintain a healthy body and mind. Brigette enjoys working with those new to yoga and also specialises in classes and programs for fertility support, mums and mums to be, corporate yoga for wellness, and mindfulness. Brigette has trained in pre and post-natal, mental health and yoga therapy for spinal health.
‘Yoga can fundamentally support us at every stage of life if we take the time to understand what we need on a mind-body level. For me the ancient wisdom of yoga has offered a wealth of guidance to approach all aspects of life.
Brigette’s classes are an integrated style of yoga (breath, movement, meditation) that honours vinyasa flow. You can expect to work with your body and breath awareness, at the pace you need to deepen your experience. Brigette draws on a range of yoga tools including asana, pranayama (breath training), meditation and mindfulness, mantras, yoga psychology and philosophy.
