Gail has been practicing McTimoney for 14 years in the U.K. Qualified as a Sports injury masseur in 1995 Gail has incorporated experience with soft tissue into her treatments. Gail has trained in cranio-sacral therapy and use this when needed, especially helpful for the very young.

Remedial Massage and pressure point therapy can be used to relieve tension and pain from musculoskeletal injuries and treat chronic back issues. Swedish and remedial massage can assist in mental health and has been shown to reduce blood pressure and heart rate which can improve anxiety. Stress management, depression and mood disorders have been shown to improve with regular massage therapy. Lymphatic drainage assists with areas of congestion and improves sinusitis and allergy symptoms. Helen also offers Oncology Massage Treatments.
