Swan Yoga Bliss

Natalie Jenkins (Shantibindu) is an accredited yoga teacher, with over 20 years teaching experience. Her classes are a gentle, yet invigorating blend of asana, breathwork, meditation & relaxation to align body, mind & spirit. Yoga workshops & weekend retreats are available throughout the year. Natalie is further enhancing her future offerings at present by studying a Cerificate IV in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultancy.

Natalie devotes her time to raising her 4 little yogi’s, creating a sustainable home & running her yoga business ‘Swan Yoga Bliss’, based in the Swan Hill region.
Regular classes are held throughout the year, during school terms.
TERM ONE CLASSES 2015
STARTS FEB 9 – MAR 27 (7 weeks)
All classes are by the river @ Riverside Park*, near the Rotunda,
*Except Thursday 10.30am Class @ Federal Square, near the Wetlands. Everyone’s welcome :).
In the event of inclement weather classes will move undercover, to the Soundshell or Rotunda, or where/if applicable may need to be cancelled.

WEDNESDAY General Yoga ~ 6.15pm – 7.30pm. ($12)
THURSDAY General Yoga (kids friendly) ~ 10.30am – 11.45am. ($12) *Federal Square, near the Wetlands.
THURSDAY KIDZ Yoga ~ 4pm – 4.30pm. ($5)
FRIDAY Morning Yoga ~ 6.15am – 7.15am. ($10)
FRIDAY Yoga in Woorinen South ~ 4.15-4.45pm 30min Kidz class($6) & 5-5.40pm Adult/teen class ($8)…..Woorinen Sth Primary School.
-MORNING YOGA CLASS (1hr)

-KIDZ CLASS (30min) (best suited to children aged approx. 5 – 12 years)
