Rei-ki meaning “universal energy” is a form of hands on healing that fills your entire being with calming, healing and regenerating energies.
During a Reiki session, the recipient lies comfortably and fully clothed on a massage table whilst the practitioner lays their hands in various places on or over the recipients body. Recipients usually state that they feel an incredible amount of heat emitting from the practitioners hands which usually leaves them feeling very calm, warm and peaceful.
