Discover a yoga & health center with small boutique classes with experienced teachers suited for all levels.
Life Source is a boutique yoga studio with a maximum class size of 18 students to ensure that you receive individual attention in class. We have passionately created a space that feels great to be in. Step in to our cozy studio and feel your body and mind relax and unwind.
We welcome students of all levels. Our experienced teachers are passionate in sharing their knowledge with you and are committed to enhancing your well-being through physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual growth and transformation.
We understand that everybody is different and wants different things. With over 20 classes a week, you are sure to find one that suits your goals, be it relaxation, rehabilitation, toning, energy boosting or just some time out for yourself.
If you’re new to Life Source we recommend buying a ‘New Student Pass’ which allows you to try any 5 of our drop in classes at a substantial discount. This way you can try a variety of classes to find the teacher and yoga style that you like best. Alternatively, you can join a course – we run Beginners courses every 8 weeks. We also offer private and small group instruction , so try yoga, Pilates and meditation lessons whenever you like at your place or ours. To discuss what best suits your needs, call us on 8904 0202.
All equipment is provided, so just bring yourself and comfortable clothes and embark on your yoga and health journey with us.
Hatha Yoga
The most common type of yoga, Hatha combines postures (asanas), breath work, and meditation for a deeply relaxing practice. A great starting point for beginners, while more experienced students are always offered a special challenge.
Dynamic Flow Yoga
Dynamic is a more flowing style of linked yoga postures with breath work. This class provides a more intense work-out than other Hatha classes.
Enjoy flowing postures and more challenging sequences, sometimes infused with inspiring soundtracks.
Restorative Yoga
Join us the every Friday at 6.00pm and enjoy a relaxation special guaranteed to let you zone out of tension and zone into bliss. These sessions feature therapeutic postures using the support of props. The equipment allows for longer passive holds which will restore the nervous system and rejuvenate the whole self. As the postures are ‘effortless’ it means you actually harness energy without spending any energy, so it’s sort of like getting free energy from the universe!
Each class concludes with a long guided Yoga Nidra relaxation, guaranteed to cultivate the peace within, leave you deeply refreshed, and help you tap into your happy space more easily.
Mature Yoga
With proper care and the right exercise, our body will last a long time. This class is specially tailored towards matured age students to keep our body fit and supple and our mind calm and clear. The class pace is slower compared to our other classes, yet with strong emphasis on toning and stretching the muscles and relaxation to calm the mind. Suitable for older students and people recovering from injuries.
Pilates

The focus of Pilates is on building physical strength from the inside out by building up core strength around the stomach and spine. Amazingly toning, you’ll notice real changes in posture and muscle strength soon after beginning a regular Pilates practice. We offer drop in classes at lunchtime.
Prenatal Yoga
Life Source is a prenatal yoga specialist centre, with our classes featuring experienced specialist teachers. Yoga is highly recommended during pregnancy although if you are new to yoga, we advise you begin after the first trimester. We offer specialised classes with postures that are specially adapted to suit your needs during each stage of pregnancy. Our clients report that common complaints associated with pregnancy are often eased or disappear altogether as a result of practising yoga. The techniques learnt also prepare you for childbirth.
Low Cost Yoga – Teacher Trainee Led Classes
Once our yoga teacher trainees are nearly finished their one year training, they offer low cost classes open to the public. At these drop in classes, you’ll enjoy personalised attention, allowing you to perfect your alignment and get personalised adjustments. Meditation
Numerous research studies have proven the health benefits of regular meditation to the extent that some health schemes in the USA now offer lower premiums to ‘meditators’. It’s also been proven to slow down the aging process. We offer a Meditation drop in class on Mondays at 12pm and no, you don’t need to sit in the lotus pose for an hour! Meditation is great for anybody at any age.
