Herbal mixes are tailor made to suit your complaints or homoeopathy can be the choice of remedy which children and animals respond well to. These remedies help your body restore its balance.
Iridology is also useful on helping assess your condition as is the use of a vega machine.
I have given a series of short courses to the community.
Massage and spiritual healing are other tools you might find very useful. As well as using these for individuals I have used these in a group situation. eg, hen’s night. Reflexology works well in that setting.
