What To Expect During Your Massage?
On your first consultation, your therapist will record your history (medical and massage related) and then discuss your reasons for your visit. The therapist will then perform a postural analysis, in order to further identify which muscles are causing you pain and ongoing discomfort. After this your therapist will then develop a personalised program, perfect to get you treat your presenting symptoms and ultimately your posture.
