Are you stressed, overworked, tired, feeling down or had a change in your life circumstances but can’t have a holiday and wish there was a place to escape for at least a day?
Now you can with a full day at ikatan spa that is designed to meet your own personal needs because this day is dedicated to you and making a difference in your life.
Personal phone consultation prior to your arrival so that we have the best understanding of your needs. This helps us plan your Retreat spa treatments, food and personal requirements for you to gain the most benefit from a Day Retreat.
Day Retreat inclusions:
Arrival Ikatan Spa staff meet and greet you and spend time to show you around ikatan spa – your home for the day.
Breakfast or light refreshments depending on your arrival time and what you require – fresh healthy food for the retreat will be discussed with you at consultation
Personal Mentoring Session 1.5 hrs – Optional but those that have experienced this session tell us how much it helped them destress. Jenny Smith is dedicated to listening, offering advice and helping you with some skills to address your personal challenges without being too in depth and overwhelming.
Morning session of personal Spa Treatments are designed to start your relaxation
Lunch and time to relax in the gardens- you might like to bring a book as there will be time to read over lunch.
Afternoon session of personal Spa Treatments catering to your personal destressing needs.
