Balance your Body, Quieten your Mind, Enhance your Life
An assessment of your posture & the way you move shows me areas of your body that need attention. I can then design a program to strengthen areas of weakness, stretch tight muscles & improve fitness this will help balance & reinvigorate the body. Programs generally include resistance work, specific stretches &/or Asanas, Rollers, massage balls & breathing exercises. Your program will evolve as you progress.. The addition of lifestyle &/or dietary changes may further enhance the result.
Meditation Class (Private or Small Group)
1 hour class will include some light Yoga to prepare the body, Pranayama (regulation of the breath) to calm the mind & a 20-30min Meditation/Relaxation.
There is nothing mystical about Meditation the secret is the discipline to sit & be still. We will explore several different techniques to help you find what is right for you. All welcome. There is nothing better than the shared energy of a group meditation.
