Michelle Roockley is a Qualified Nutritionist and Trained Counsellor who feels deeply about helping people find ‘well being’. She has professional and personal experience with Eating Disorders and is a board member and convenor for TRED (Tasmanian Recovery from Eating Disorders).
Michelle is also passionate about working / playing with horses alongside people therapeutically (Equine Facilitated Therapy). She has joyfully been involved in equine facilitated programs for the last 31/2 years and describes the benefits as “magical, powerful and life changing”. Her inspiration for opening a Health Food Shop in the Huon Valley of Tasmania has been rewarded with encouraging support, as a result of uniquely evolving the Shop’s services and products.
